Fix & Flip Program (1–4 Units)

  • Up to 90% of purchase price + 100% of renovation costs
  • Rates starting at 9.99%
  • Origination points starting at 1.5%
  • $2,000 processing fee (due at closing; appraisal payment required upfront)
  • No prepayment penalty
  • No bank st

    • 5/1 or 7/1 ARM
    • Interest-Only Options
  • Rates starting at 5.875%
